1) Hops & Barley Marketplace is a popular stop on the food tour for anyone who loves lobster and American beer. This year there's a new food item that puts this booth on my "must" list. The New Brunswick Slider will feature Slow-braised Beef Brisket "Pot Roast Style" with Horseradish Cream, and Crispy Fried Onions piled onto a Potato Roll with Pickled Vegetables on the side.

2) Love the bubbly? Shimmering Sips Mimosa Bar sounds like a place I could park myself and stay all day. This new booth offers a small variety of flaky pastry and some really fun sounding cocktails. Guests will be able to choose from five different types of Mimosa.

3) The Wine & Dine Studio will be serving up a new vegetarian dish that sounds like it's packed full of fall flavor. Sink your teeth into Butternut Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter Vinaigrette, Parmesan Cheese, and Pumpkin Seeds.

4) The very popular Flavors from Fire booth will return again in 2018 with a brand new Charred Chimichurri Skirt Steak, smoked Corn Cake with Pickled Vegetable Slaw and Cilantro Aioli.

5) The Festival Center Wine Shop is the place to grab a cheese or charcuterie board and taste wines from some of the great Disney-related wineries. Try the Fess Parker Riesling, Silverado Vineyards Fantasia Sangiovese Blend, or Skywalker Vineyards Sommita Pinot Noir.

There's always great tastes and sips waiting for you during the annual food and beverage extravaganza. Want to see the full menus for the 2018 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival? Head on over to our friends at the Disney Food Blog for all of the latest information.
