The Brown Derby Lounge Is Now Open For Cocktails and A Bite To Eat

There's a brand new spot to grab a drink at Disney's Hollywood Studios, with the opening of the Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge. Setting up residency on the existing Brown Derby patio, the lounge will provide service on a first come first served basis with specialty cocktails, wine by the glass, and a tapas style menu. The space offers both indoor and outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the old Hollywood atmosphere of the Brown Derby.

The tapas menu will includes items such as and Artisanal Cheese & Charcuterie, Wagyu Beef sliders, duck confit tacos, Prince Edward Island mussels, and Brown Derby shrimp cocktail. In addition guests eating at the lounge will have the option of ordering from the full Brown Derby restaurant menu.

Specialty cocktails will include a Martini Flight, Margarita Flight, and some classic cocktails from days gone by such as the classic Mint Gimlet (Nolet's Silver Dry Gin, simply syrup, lime juice and fresh mint) and it's Hollywood so of course the Champagne will be flowing and the Scotch neat.

Tables in Wonderland will be accepted at the new lounge, however the Disney Dining Plan will not be accepted. Want more information? Our check out the review from our friends at the Disney Food Blog!
