Cocktail Popsicles Debut In Epcot's Italy Pavilion

I think someone should start a petition to make this new Disney Food Blog find available at every frozen novelty stand in Walt Disney World. What grown-up deliciousness am I talking about? It's the Cocktail Popsicles that have popped up at the Gelati Donkey Cart in Epcot's Italy Pavilion.

The Gelati donkey cart is carrying three different new and exciting Cocktail Popsicles by Pop Fusions and one non-alcoholic Strawberry Popsicle, so no one has to feel left out of sharing these fun summer treats. Plus - all of the pops are gluten, dairy, nut, and soy free. Sign me up!

Cocktail Popsicle Flavors:

• Limoncello - limoncello liqueur with fresh locally grown raspberries.
• Sparkling Strawberry - sparkling wine with fresh, locally grown strawberries
• Berry Sangria - locally sources wine with fresh berries.

Sourced and hand-crafted locally, the Pop Fusions treats take the summertime favorite to a whole new level. What makes the fairy tale for these cocktail pops even more enchanting is that the Limoncello flavor is a Via Napoli exclusive. It's made of limoncello liqueur and fresh, locally grown raspberries.

Their website says "Once upon a time two girls were on a quest to do something fun for the summer." So I can't imagine a better place to find Pop Fusion's unique gourmet pops than to find a home at Walt Disney World.
