Collect Them All:
Because the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom Cards are handed out in randomly combined packs; it's always a good idea to have each member of your party pick up a pack of cards every day, even if not everyone is playing. This will not only increase your chances of completing your card deck, but undoubtedly offer you an excellent opportunity to make some trades.

The Sale of Cards:
Rumors are swirling that there may be booster packs for sale in the future, but nothing has been confirmed. At the moment the only "official" way to get Sorcerer's of the Magic Kingdom cards is to pick up your daily pack at the Firehouse, or to trade with other players. Unofficially, there's already a market for them on EBay, buyer beware.

Stay tuned for the next post in this series, where we discuss card trading tips and etiquette! Have you started your deck yet? Leave me a comment and let me know which one is your favorite!

I love playing trading card games. In fact, I used to be heavy into Magic: The Gathering but that was many years ago.

How do you play this game?

We had a blast playing this over the last week. I'm a Master Sorcerer!!

We ended up getting 9 packs of cards during our trip and have about 30 or so uniques with the rest being duplicates. Dumb me didn't realize you could get a new pack every day until our 5th day there. Oops.

One secret tip we have - in addition to the Firehouse location, you can also get trained and pick up cards at a second Sorcerer recruiting station located by the Christmas Shoppe.

Most people see the sign at the entrance and wait there; if there is a line, it might save you time by heading to the Christmas Shoppe location. We did this a few times and while the line was out the door at the Firehouse, there was no one at the Christmas Shoppe.

Look for the Sorcerer Recruiting sign on the left as soon as you cross the bridge into Frontierland. The recruiting station is behind the shop.

Hi Polly! Currently the only "official" place to get the cards is at the Magic Kingdom when you check in to play the game. However there is some selling and trading happening on EBay. Disney has a new home game that will be released soon.
