Tucked away into a lovely corner at Disney's Boardwalk Resort, you can find a quiet place to rest, relax and refresh yourself before heading out to the rest of your day or night! This much-overlooked Lounge may be just the quiet retreat you've been looking for.
The Bellevue Lounge maintains the seaside theme of the Boardwalk Resort with the additional theming of a game room. Tabletops here have chessboard top and antique game boards decorate the walls. You'll find antique toys, Chinese checkers, stereoscopes, and antique books lining the built in shelving. If you're not feeling up to a game, you can also simply kick back in the comfy stuffed sofas or choose to relax outside on the elegant veranda.
The Lounge operating hours is split during the day here. In the morning Bellevue Lounge is open from 6:00am until 11:00am serving an al la carte selection of pastries, fruit, cereal and beverages. These typical continental breakfast offerings will help get you off and running to the parks.
Then in the evening a bartender is available to start mixing your drinks promptly at 5:00pm and is on duty until Midnight. In addition to the traditional Disney drink menus, the cocktail menu here focuses on "old fashion" drinks, to accompany the atmosphere. You'll find an exquisite selection of Scotch, Bourbon, Port and Cognacs with prices from $6 to $32 a pour.
The Bellevue made the Disney Food Blog's list of honorable mentions for Disney's Best Bars and Lounges List. For more pictures of the Bellevue in detail, check out Kasey's photo blog coverage of this lounge from last year!
Will you stop by the Bellevue Lounge the next time you're looking for someplace to relax? You should, fun and leisure is waiting for you. Leave a comment and let me know if it's in your plans.

We are headed to BWV for our first stay when we head down for Food & Wine this year! We are planning on enjoying a few cocktails in the Bellevue Lounge during our weekend there.

Wow.... that looks nice. But crazy question... is this one of the new places that has wifi now? If so... that would make this place much more attractive.

Why Yes! According to the list that Melinda posted last week, it is indeed one of the new WiFi spots.

We were down at Food and Wine last year and spent some time at the Belle Vue before going on a fireworks cruise. It was a great deal of fun. The outdoor patio overlooking the Boardwalk is a very pleasant place to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sun set. We'll be back on our next trip this June.

You are giving away our favorite hideaway, and the best bar tender at WDW Allen.

Awww, I didn't mean to give it away, but it's so charming I just had to share!
