I recently had the honor of a backstage tour with Disney's Enchanted Florist, Jean Volante, who took me behind the scenes to learn more about how she and her team of dream makers help guests give the gift of a memory.

Dream Makers Created this Arrangement Just for Me
Jean's Team of Disney Dream Makers create extravagant floral arrangements using blossoms shipped in from around the world and then prepared on site so that every petal is perfect. Using a recipe for magic they can put together arrangements to be delivered to Disney resorts, restaurants, guest rooms, weddings, and special events all across property. The day I was there, I saw dozens of roses and greens lying out in the sun on a large rack, staged next to elaborate candelabra centerpieces. I was told they were being purposefully wilted in order to create a spooky effect for a Halloween event happening the next day. Across the way I watched as happy Dream Makers worked on hundreds of arrangements and gift baskets that had been ordered to make magic. In one room, it was even already time for Christmas as the cast members strung lights on dozens of little trees.
