Disney's Yacht Club Resort Crew's Cup Lounge

Nestled in the halls between the Beach Club and the Yacht Club Resorts sits the inconspicuous little Crew's Cup Lounge. The fact that it's so easy to miss may make it one of Disney best hidden gems. Adjacent to the Yachtsman Steakhouse, the Crew's Cup can be busy at dinner time with snappily dressed diners waiting for their tables to be called, but during the rest of the day it's a special, quiet retreat.

The Crew's Cup is decorated in a comfortable rowing theme, with deep rich oak wood paneling and ample seating. It is intimate and un-crowded with a friendly staff and pleasant vibe. One of the walls in the lounge holds a window into meat dry aging room, where you can watch the skilled butchers of the Yachtsman prepare steaks for the evening meal.

Open daily from 12pm - 12am, you'll find the typical Disney drink menu here with a couple unique offers and a daily drink special. Seasonal offerings this fall include things like the Pumpkin Spice Martini and the Spiked Chai Tea. Sam Adams Brewery fans will enjoy the selection of beers, and the wines includes selections from the neighboring restaurant's award-wining wine list.

One place that this lounge really shines is with its ample food offerings. No reservations are taken for the Crew's Cup, and the Disney Dining Plan is not accepted for payment, but this is a lunch spot that you can pay counter service prices for a relaxing table service treat. The lunch menu includes the standard bar food offerings such as wings and nachos, but also includes treats like the Green Goddess Salad and the Chilled Lobster sliders.

From 5:30-10PM the Crew's Cup also offers a small dinner menu that is served out of the steakhouse kitchen. This is a really great way to taste the high-end flavors of the Signature Yachtsman Steakhouse in a laid back atmosphere. It's a wonderful place to kick back with friends after a long at Epcot or Hollywood Studios and finish off the night with a nosh and a drink.

I want to give a big thanks to the Disney Food Blog for giving us exclusive permission to use their images of the Crew's Cup Lounge. Have you stopped in to have a drink at this hidden gem before? Next time you're down visiting Walt Disney World be sure to stop by and give it a try.

We love the Crews Cup. They take Tables in Wonderland. We were there in November and they were doing some refurbs.
