Last week we covered four fantastic breakfast eateries inside the Disney Parks. This week we're taking a look at a couple fan favorites, and some truly unique breakfast options at Walt Disney World. Whether you're staying at one of the hotels, want to get some resort hopping in, or head to Downtown Disney for some shopping, these eateries are going to help fuel both your body and spirit so you're in top condition for your day ahead.

It may be a little out of the way, but early breakfast seatings at BOMA fill up fast so be sure to make an Advanced Dining Reservation. One of our favorite breakfasts at Disney World is at 'Ohana's' in the Polynesian Resort! (also a favorite dinner spot). We frequent it often, and usually multiple visits while there! :)

Boma is my most favorite place to eat breakfast. I know it sounds a bit strange for a breakfast item but the grilled tomatoes and asparagus are so good. Love the coffee and juice, too. It's also not as hectic and noisy as some of the other restaurants.

Laurie, Cape May Cafe also has fantastic asparagus on their breakfast buffet! It's my favorite Character Breakfast because the food is super yummy. That's where the first picture of the plate is from above.

I LOVE breakfast. But it doesn't love me. Most of the options on the average breakfast menu are guaranteed to raise cholesterol, and I can't get all that excited over a bowl of oatmeal or cold cereal. So at WDW we usually have one nice restaurant breakfast and the rest of the time we eat cereal in our unit or pack granola bars to go.
