Grab a Quick Bite to Eat at the Liberty Inn at Epcot’s American Adventure Pavilion

If you're looking for all-American food when you're touring Epcot (it happens, we understand), look no further than the Liberty Inn Publick Dining Room in the American Adventure pavilion.

This often-overlooked quick service location is a great spot for families with "picky eaters" or when you find yourself in need of a quick bite halfway around World Showcase.

The Liberty Inn is set back in the corner of the American Adventure pavilion and features a colonial-inspired decor, including the flags from the original 13 colonies lining the walls inside the restaurant. There is some great Disney theming taking place at the Liberty Inn.

While the interior seating area is large and well-lit thanks to the skylights, the outdoor seating is our favorite spot.

Not only can you hear the pavilion's colonial band when they're playing, but if you happen to be dining at the Liberty Inn during any special event concerts (Flower Power Concerts, Eat to the Beat Concerts, or even the Candlelight Processional) you'll be able to hear the shows while you dine.

Speaking of dining, let's talk about the food. You won't find anything exotic or even really unique at the Liberty Inn, but the food is still good.

The menu offers American fast food including chicken nuggets, burgers, chili cheese hot dogs, barbecue pork sandwiches, and salads. The Liberty Inn also serves a New York strip steak with red wine butter, French fries, and steamed broccoli.

Yes, you read that right. You can get a steak dinner (or lunch!) at Epcot without a reservation. Our friends at the Disney Food Blog have a review of the Liberty Inn's steak dinner.

And since you're already in the American Adventure pavilion, consider timing your meal before or after a showing of the American Adventure, it's one of those "can't miss" attractions at Epcot. If you have kids in your group, keep an eye open for the Spirit of America Fife & Drum Corps. Kids are often invited to join the group as "sons and daughters of Liberty."

While it might not be the first counter service location that comes to mind when you're planning a quick bite in Epcot, the Liberty Inn Publick Dining Room in the American Adventure pavilion is a reliable quick service location and one you should keep in mind for your next trip.

It's funny but I've never eaten here. I think that somehow for me grabbing the same thing to eat I can at home while in World Showcase just doesn't make sense when there are so many other options. I absolutely love a chili cheese dog though, maybe next trip I'll stop by and give it a try!

I have never eaten here and likely never will. I'll eat a burger at some of the other WDW parks, but Epcot has so many interesting counter service options I can't ever see myself settling for standard American fast food at that park.
