Today we're taking a look back at some of Magic Kingdom Tomorrowland's extinct attractions.
Timekeeper was Disney's first attempt to merge a Circle-Vision 360 movie with Audio-Animatronic characters. The attraction first debuted at Disneyland Paris, then Tokyo Disneyland, in 1992 and 1993. The attraction opened at the Magic Kingdom on November 21, 1994.
The Magic Kingdom attraction featured the voices of Robin Williams as Timekeeper, and Rhea Pearlman as 9-Eye. The idea was that 9-Eye had 9 cameras all the way around, and could travel through time and distance, hence the 360-degree film.
Walt Dated World has more on the plot and the full transcript of the attraction.
In 2001, the attraction was moved to the seasonal list of attractions, especially post-9/11, due in part to a scene depicting the New York City skyline with the Twin Towers. The Timekeeper was to be closed on February 26, 2006 to make way for Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, which opened on April 2, 2007.

I can honestly say I have never done this one. Knew it was there. Never knew what it was about, but just never did it. Kinda wish I did now. Didnt realize Robin Williams was part of it. Love that guy!
