Miss Adventure Falls Attraction Isn’t the Only Update at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon

Disney's Typhoon Lagoon has a brand new attraction, Miss Adventure Falls, but the new family-friendly water slide isn't the only improvement at the water park. Several other updates and changes were made during the park's refurbishment this winter.

Miss Adventure Falls now open at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon

Miss Adventure Falls is the longest water slide at the Disney water parks guests in the queue will have a chance to check out a lot of items from Captain Mary Oceaneer's adventures. Items include a diving helmet, an Adventurer's magazine with the captain on the cover, and much more.

Other changes to the water park include a complete resurfaced Surf Pool, an updated Castaway Creek, new in-park maps, new entry signs, shades and fans in the queue for Keehaul Falls, new amenities including "clam shell" beds for rental, and more.

And, guests can now experience the Crush 'N' Gusher attraction after dark thanks to the addition of lighting.
