The Force is strong at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Starting December 1, guests at the theme park will be able to experience Star Wars every day, beyond just riding Star Tours: The Adventure Continues over and over again.

The all-new Star Wars Launch Bay takes guests into the Star Wars films including the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The Launch Bay will feature special exhibits and behind-the-scenes sneak peeks in addition to special merchandise and the chance to meet Darth Vader and Chewbacca.

Young fans will be able to participate in the Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple starting in early December. This is the reimagined Jedi Training experience and young Jedi will train at an ancient temple and face Darth Vader and the Seventh Sister (from Disney XD's Star Wars Rebels).

With the news of the new Star Wars experiences coming to the Studios, Disney has also announced that the annual Star Wars Weekends will no longer be offered.

On the upside, construction on the Star Wars-themed land is expected to begin in early 2016.

We loved the Star Wars weekends because of all the stars and the parade. This new Star Wars land being built doesn't sound like they will be having any of that. So right now not happy with any of this.

Very disappointed. Coming from NY with my son for years. We would show up at4:30 am to get in line for bracelets. Hang out half asleep with other Star Wars fanatics. We missed the hoopla last year (took that away) and we will miss the parade that had all the characters in one place!
VERY SAD & don't understand how this is only being told to the public now. Many of us have already set aside particular days and even booked the trip already.
I don't know how I will tell my son.
