Last week I suggested that you Visit Enzo's Hideaway For Dinner At Disney Springs for some fabulous food inspired by Rome. Today I'm trying a bit of the Giggle Water being served up in this gin joint, because the beverage menu here is as vast as it is exciting. The gigantic marble top bar makes for a beautiful setting to indulge in a cocktail or two.
Enzo's Hideaway Tunnel Bar isn't fooling around with its beverage selections, and if you want to check it all out there are three different beverage menus to peruse.
Enzo's also prides itself on having "scoured the globe, on a mission to find unique, hard-to-find spirits, meeting with brewers and distillers that create rare, small-batch booze." There's a fantastic collection at Enzo's Hideaway of Vintage Rums, Cognacs, Whiskeys, Burbons, Ryes, and Scotches that span price points from $12 to $55 pour.
In addition to the specialty hooch, guests have an extensive wine and beer list to choose from, as well as unique hand-crafted cocktails inspired by speakeasies of the Prohibition Era listed under the heading of "Giggle Water."
I always enjoy a good giggle so I ordered a Holly Hill. This cocktail is a mix of Ketel One vodka, St Germain, soda, and prosecco with a twist of lemon.
It was fun to watch my drink be crafted in front of me. While many places on Disney property have moved to pre-mixed cocktails for expediency, the bartenders at Enzo's are skilled professionals.
Whether you are looking for a cool spot to get out of the hot Florida sun, want a great meal, or just like trying something new you'll love your visit to Enzo's Hideaway Tunnel Bar and Restaurant in Disney Springs.
Have you given Enzo's Giggle Water a try? What was your favorite drink in this speakeasy-style escape? Leave a comment and let me know!
