Typhoon Lagoon Welcomes Miss Adventure Falls on March 12

The newest water ride at Typhoon Lagoon is set to open on March 12. Miss Adventure Falls is a family-friendly white water adventure that brings to life the story of Captain Mary Oceaneer, a "treasure-hunting heroine" who just happened to get stranded at Typhoon Lagoon during a storm.

The new attraction will transport guests in their "treasure rafts" to the top of the slide, passing the wrecked ship and Captain Oceaneer's parrot along with her treasures. The transport to the top in a raft is a first for a Florida water attraction.

After reaching the top, guests will enjoy a white water adventure with twists, turns, and dips. The two-minute long ride is the longest attraction at Typhoon Lagoon.

Miss Adventure Falls joins other Typhoon Lagoon attractions including Crush 'n' Gusher, Ketchakiddee Creek, and Castaway Creek.
