What's your favorite pool in Disney World? [Facebook Fans]
We asked our Facebook community to what their favorite pool at Disney World is and we got some great responses!
The majority of the resort pools that were mentioned were at deluxe resorts.
Animal Kingdom Lodge's Uzima Springs Pool and Kidani Pool got 5 votes. Gina P. said, "Uzima Springs pool at AKL." And Brian L. said, "Kidani kid's play area..."
The Polynesian's Nanea Pool garnered 2 votes. Barbara B. said, "Polynesian Pool!!!"
Stormalong Bay at the Yacht and Beach Club Resorts garnered the most votes at 13. And I have to agree with our Facebook community! I love Stormalong Bay!
Allison G. said, "Stormalong Bay!!" Keri W. said, "Yacht and Beach Club--such a great pool!" And Craig C. said, "Yacht and beach club...best ever!!"
Vincent P. said, "Stormalong bay is why we stay at BCV every yr. They should bring back the man that use to play with the kids he was awesome. Remembered us every time."
Both the Boardwalk and the Grand Floridian pools got one vote each. Kelly R. said, "Grand Floridian Resort beach pool in a cabana."
Neither the pools at the Contemporary or the Wilderness Lodge got votes. I was a little disappointed because I love the Wilderness Lodge pool!
Of the moderate resorts the Caribbean Beach Resort's pool, the Port Orleans French Quarter's pool, and the Coronado Springs pool all got one vote each! Tracy H. said, "only been in the pool at coronado springs and at port orleans french quarters, loved them both!"
For the value resorts the Pop Century's Hippy Dippy Pool garnered one vote. Gale M. said, "I love the hippy dippy pool at pop century and the main pool at the caribbean beach pool."
The wave pool at Typhoon Lagoon garnered 2 votes. Janine C. said, "does the wave pool at Typhoon lagoon count? Cause if it does that's my vote!"

The Uzima pool at Animal Kingdom Lodge's Jambo House is far and away my favorite.
Stormalong bay at the Yacht/Beach club is clearly the most elaborate of WDW's pools.
But it can't hold a candle to the atmosphere surrounding Jambo's pool.

Stormalong Bay! The sandy bottom area, the lazy river area, the grotto and the slide (so what if I am 40+ - it was fun!!) make it my favorite of all so far.

We have been to Wilderness Lodge, DVC pool and hot tub were awesome. The DVC at Bay Lake Tower pool was cool too. But laying in the bowling pin pool at Pop Century listening to tunes from our generation is just the best!
