Where To Find Santa At Walt Disney World

Though he's traditionally someone the kiddos look forward to seeing each year, there are a lot of kids at heart out there who will keep an eye out for Santa Claus this year. Here's where (and when) you can find the man in red during this holiday season in and around Walt Disney World.

The Downtown Disney Marketplace will feature Santa's Chalet. It opened yesterday (November 18) and has the hours of 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily through Thanksgiving. From November 25 through December 24, the Chalet will be open from noon to 10 p.m. On December 25, a Santa-versioned Goofy takes Saint Nick's place and will be able to greet guests at the Chalet from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m. Christmas through New Year's Day.

Santa also will be able to be seen daily at The American Adventure in Epcot starting November 25 and lasting through December 24. In addition, the different pavilions of the World Showcase will feature Christmas-themed storytelling, often done by a foreign interpretation of Santa.

In addition, Santa will also be making appearances during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party including his turn in Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade.

It's also said guests in most resort hotel lobbies can catch jolly old Saint Nick Christmas Eve from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.; if you're planning a trip to Disney World, check with your hotel to see if yours will be hosting Santa that night.
