Wine Bar George Opening at Disney Springs in Fall 2017

Wine Bar George, a 210-seat wine bar from Master Sommelier George Miliotes, has been confirmed for Disney Springs. The new wine bar is slated to open in fall 2017 offering a variety of wines by the glass and bottle.

On my last visit I discovered a new favorite of mine, for grab and go food to take back to the room, on a picnic, or even to tuck in my bags on the way home. Nestled snuggly on an exterior corner of Wine Bar George, just to the right of the entrance to the chic bar, guests will find The Basket.

During my last trip I stumbled upon a restaurant window that turned out one of the best quick breakfasts I've eaten in years. Located on Grand Avenue in Disney's Hollywood Studios the BaseLine Tap House is a relatively new addition to the Park. A casual bar, BaseLine occupies the spot formerly home to The Writers Stop. Now, instead of coffee and pastry the location boast California beer and cider, as well as cocktails and fine wines along side a few specialty snacks.
