The Ultimate Day at Star Wars Weekends

As Star Wars fans get closer and closer to the opening weekend of Star Wars Days at Disney's Hollywood Studios (we talked about all the previous information on Star Wars Weekends here), Disney has announced another option for everyone planning to attend this extended event. Disney has created a VIP tour package ( being called The Ultimate Day at Star Wars Weekends) for everyone attending Star Wars Weekend this year.

The Easter Bunny Arrives at the Magic Kingdom and Other Easter Events around Walt Disney World Resort

The Easter Bunny has arrived at the Magic Kingdom.

Mr. Bunny will be meeting and greeting guests in Town Square through April 20. He'll also make a pre-parade special appearance on April 19 and 20 with other spring characters and the Azalea Trail Maids.

And while meeting the Easter Bunny is "egg-citing," there are more events happening around the Walt Disney World Resort.

Summer at Walt Disney World Resort Includes the Rock Your Disney Side Celebration and Car Masters Weekend

Summer officially kicks off at the Walt Disney World Resort on May 23 with the 24-hour 'Rock Your Disney Side' celebration.

The party begins at 6 a.m. on May 23 and runs until 6 a.m. on May 24. The celebration will feature a variety of good-vs.-evil stories with character meet-and-greets, special merchandise, and special food and beverage items.

The 24-hour celebration is also planned for Disney California Adventure Park.

Bands Announced for the 2014 Sounds Like Summer Concert Series at Epcot

Summer is a few months away, but it's never too early to start planning your summertime visit to Epcot.

To help in that endeavor, Walt Disney World Resort has announced the lineup for the Sounds Like Summer concert series. The concerts take place in June and July at Epcot in the America Gardens Theater.

D23 Destination D: Attraction Rewind Celebrating Disney Attractions from the Past

If you're a fan of extinct Disney World attractions, the D23 Destination D: Attraction Rewind event is one you don't want to miss.

D23: The Official Disney Fan Club is hosting the event that will honor Disney attractions of years gone by including 'If You Had Wings' and '20,000 Leagues Under the Sea' through stories, vintage videos, and concept art.

The two-day event takes place November 22 and 23 at the Walt Disney World Resort.

Third Annual Easter Egg Display Planned for Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

Disney fans are familiar with the annual gingerbread house display that graces the lobby of the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa each holiday season, but did you know there's also an edible Easter egg display each spring?

This April marks the third year that the Grand Floridian Easter egg display has been showcased, and it all begins April 4.

The edible Easter eggs are created by master pastry Chef Erich Herbitschek and the pastry team at the Grand Floridian.

April Merchandise Events Planned for Walt Disney World Resort

The Walt Disney World Resort has announced a full slate of special merchandise events for this month.

Spring is in full bloom at the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, and through April 6 guests can get a peek at the Fairy Houses being built around the World Showcase promenade. And through May 18, guests at the Festival have a chance to meet with representatives from Rinse Bath and Body Co. to learn all about the products.

Easter “Egg” Hunts Planned for Epcot, Disneyland, and Disney California Adventure

April promises to be "egg-citing" for guests at Epcot, Disneyland, and Disney California Adventure.

Starting on April 10 and continuing through Easter Sunday, April 20, guests at those three theme parks can participate in the Egg-Stravaganza Easter Egg Hunt. This is the first year that Disneyland guests will have a chance to participate in the egg hunt.
