Disney Cruise Line's Castaway Cay Jet Ski Adventure

The ships of the Disney Cruise Line are beautiful, and certainly a destination in themselves, however one of the most popular ports of call they dock at is Disney's Private Island, Castaway Cay. Though adults have the option here of heading off to the exclusive Serenity Bay Beach, guests are also encouraged to sign up for some of the fun shore excursions available on the Island. For those wanting a little excitement in their stop on the island, I recommend the Jet Ski Adventure.

The Quiet Cove Onboard the Disney Dream

Some of the most wonderful places on board the Disney Dream are spots that have been designated as "Adults Only". One such area is the peaceful lido deck retreat named "Quiet Cove". Open from 6:00am to midnight daily this private section of deck 11 offers a space for adults to kick back.

Last week the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) sent out email to it's members announcing that the point charts for 2013 had been released. This is exciting news for owners as it means that they can sit down and really start to plan out their upcoming vacations!

Fireworks at Sea

One of the best nights of all on board the ships of Disney Cruise Line is pirate night! From the pirate themed dinner to the outrageously fun deck party, Disney offers a great romping adventure of song, dance and piratey fun. The grand finale of that spectacular show is the extravagant treat of fireworks at sea. Disney is a pioneer in the Fireworks industry and their patented air launch system is not only quieter, greener, more precise and less dangerous; but allowed fireworks to be displayed in ways never seen before.

H2O+ Disney Resort Amenities Collection

There are many things that trigger our memories, and vacation memories are some of the very best. One of the strongest of these memory triggers is smell. There are many olfactory triggers at Walt Disney World. Some are from the natural ambiance while some are specially designed by the Imagineers to highlight and enhance your experience. Disney knows the importance of smell on your memories and they do their best to help you create the happiest ones.

A Grown Up Getaway on the Disney Dream

Have you been looking for a fun, unique getaway? Why not try a 3 Night cruise on the Disney Dream! Disney Cruise Line offers a great way to escape for the weekend for some romantic time with your companion. After sailing for my first time in May, I can assure you that there's plenty to do for adults wanting to get away.

Disney Vacation Club

The Disney Vacation Club is a great way to own a piece of Disney and get to stay at some incredible resorts. DVC is Disney's version of a vacation ownership program where members buy in at a certain number of points and then have the flexibility to travel where and when they want.

While most people are probably already familiar with DVC there are probably at least few that aren't (don't worry I didn't know a whole lot either.) So I set out to learn a little more about the DVC and share it with you all!

Photo Tour: AquaDuck on the Disney Dream

A friend of ours just returned from a cruise on the brand new Disney Dream cruise ship and sent over this great review of the AquaDuck -- the cruise industry's first water coaster on a ship!

Thanks to WDWFG for the chance to rave about this incredible water coaster. The AquaDuck may seem like a kids' ride to some, but I was surprised to note that the concept was terrifying to many. Not a lot of folks want to hang out above the ocean with only a thin piece of plastic between them and an 150 foot drop!
