Disney Cruise Line has once again been recognized as a top cruise line.

The readers of Conde Nast Traveler named Disney Cruise Line as the No. 1 "Large Ship Line" in the magazine's 2014 Readers' Choice Award.

Disney Cruise Line has been named the Top Mega-Ship Cruise Line by readers of Travel + Leisure magazine.

The cruise line was also named the Top Mega-Ship Cruise Line for Families in the magazine's World's Best Awards 2014.

This year marked the first year DCL was named the Top Mega-Ship Cruise Line, but was the sixth consecutive year that it was named a top cruise line for families.

Disney Cruise Line Returning to Hawaii, San Diego, and Galveston in 2015

Disney Cruise Line is making a return to Hawaii, San Diego, and Galveston for a limited engagement in 2015.

The Disney Wonder will have two special 10-night cruises to the Hawaiian Islands in September 2015, sailing to Waikiki on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island.

The first 10-night sailing departs Vancouver on September 7 and visits Hilo, Kauai, Maui, and Honolulu (Oahu). The second 10-night cruise departs Vancouver on September 17 and visits Honolulu, Maui, Hilo, and Kauai.

Disney Cruise Line Changing At-Sea Internet Packages to Data Allotment Plans

Guests sailing on a Disney Cruise Line ship within the next few weeks will see a change in the Internet packages offered on board.

Disney Cruise Line is transitioning their Connect@Sea Internet from per-minute plans to data allotment plans. The new plans will include a pay-as-you-go plan and a 1GB plan. This means, time on the Internet at sea will no longer be measured in minutes.

Disney Cruise Line Announces ‘Halloween on the High Seas’ for fall 2014

Halloween might be months away, but Disney Cruise Line has just announced Halloween on the High Seas will be taking place on most voyages this fall from late September through October.

The Halloween celebration will feature themed-parties, entertainment, and spooky decor including The Pumpkin Tree which magically transforms throughout the cruise.

Our family recently took a short three-day cruise on the Disney Wonder. This newly refurbished ship may be small but it packs a big punch! With the new show, Frozen A Musical Spectacular and new restaurants and lounges we were ready for a brand-new experience. Disney has rotational dining on their ships which means you go from restaurant to restaurant each night of your cruise with your serving staff following along with you. Even on a 3 day, we felt like the servers had known us for ages. The service is impeccable!
