Epcot was one of Walt Disney's original visions. Originally standing for the Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow, it was actually intended to be much more of the basis for Walt Disney World than the Magic Kingdom. Eventually however his initial vision proved too grand to be carried out and it became the less expansive park that you see today.

Epcot Drink Around The World National Beer Day Challenge

Saturday April 7th is National Beer Day! It's the perfect time to take a stroll around World Showcase Lagoon and taste your way through some global brews. There is a lot of alcohol in this Drink Around The World challenge, but don't forget that Disney Parks are family friendly places. New American Indian Art Exhibit At Epcot Explores Innovation and Change

Coming this summer to the American Heritage Gallery at The American Adventure in Epcot is a brand new exhibition called "Creating Tradition: Innovation and Change in American Indian Art". Like previous exhibits that made their home in this space, Disney announce that the new exhibition will feature interactive elements allowing guests will learn about the creative process and inspirations behind the works in the artists own words.
