Echo Lake Eats Now Open at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Disney's Hollywood Studios is home to a new trio of temporary quick service kiosks. Echo Lake Eats is made up of Hollywood Waffles of Fame, Sliders to the Stars, and Bocados del Lago Nachos y Empanadas. The kiosks will provide guests with additional food options throughout the busy summer months.

Dinner at Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant

Standing as strong as its brick exterior throughout the massive construction project bringing Disney Springs to life, Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant has been a rock solid centerpiece of the area now known as "The Landing" since May 2005. The large multi-room establishment offers both indoor an outdoor seating constructed to transport guests to a bit of Dublin, including four authentic bars that were "shipped lock, stock and beer barrel from Ireland" to Walt Disney World.

Every time I've visited Epcot's Mexico pavilion to enjoy the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros I always say "next time we'll eat at the San Angel Inn."
