Epic Mickey: Over 1 Million Sold

December turned out to be a very good month for Disney's Epic Mickey game. According to the NPD group who keeps track of these sorts of things, the lovable mouse helped propel sales of the game to the 1.3 million mark which made it land among the best-selling games for the month. These numbers are nothing to sneeze at, especially since Epic Mickey was released for the Wii gaming system only.

Guest Review: Braves Spring Training At ESPN Wide World Of Sports

I gotta admit: sports confuse me. I've tried since I was little to learn the rules of football, baseball, tennis...nothing seems to stick. So when my friend invited me to see an Atlanta Braves Spring Training Game at Disney, I was a little nervous.

I love my friend, but would I love this game? I love Disney, so would seeing it at the ESPN Wide World of Sports make it better? What if I ask too many questions in the stands and she gets annoyed? But most importantly: does this place sell Dole Whips?

In 1958, planning for the 1960 Winter Olympics in Squaw Valley was in full force. The International Olympic Committee had awarded the games to the struggling ski resort based on the promise that a dynamic new athletic venue would spring from the blank canvas and that the result would be an Olympic village like none that had ever existed. Instead, the limitations of the small space turned out to be so great that the bobsled event had to be canceled for the first time ever due to the expense of creating a run.

Under the Sea ~ Journey of the Little Mermaid in the New Fantasyland

Under the Sea ~ Journey of the Little Mermaid, is the great new dark attraction located in the Enchanted Forest of the Magic Kingdom's New Fantasyland. The ride opened this past December to great fanfare and has been delighting Walt Disney World guests who experience it.

Timon and Pumbaa are Wild About Safety

Have you ever picked up a counter service meal in Animal Kingdom and found a trading card on your tray? I was puzzled by this during my last trip and admittedly, the card went into the trash with the rest of my garbage. However later in the day I discovered just what that card was and how much fun it is being a kid again at Disney's Animal Kingdom.
