The Walt Disney World Resort has announced the special merchandise events for the month of July and they include two different fragrance events in Epcot, several artist showcases, and even a chance to learn more about the newest Precious Moments doll collection.

The Marketplace Co-Op in Downtown Disney is making some changes to its retail lineup. Gone is the Beautifully Disney location and in its place is the WonderGround Gallery which sells the same artwork that is featured at the Disneyland location. Until now the WondeGround Gallery was only represented by a small fixture space at the Marketplace.

The Marketplace Co-Op at Downtown Disney has added another boutique area to the retail space, and this one hails from Disneyland.

The WonderGround Gallery now has a showcase of merchandise just inside the doors of the Co-Op.

Guests at Disneyland can find the original WonderGround Gallery at the Downtown Disney District. The west coast store opened in 2012 showcases unique art collections by various artists.

We've been talking about the Marketplace Co-Op that's part of the Disney Springs expansion for quite awhile now, and I'm happy to announce that it's final open! Located right next to Tren-D, the Marketplace Co-Op will offer six different boutiques where guests can find a variety of unique, authentic and original merchandise developed to reflect the signature style of Disney Parks.

Disney Announces New Information on Disney Springs Transformation at Downtown Disney

As the transformation of Downtown Disney into Disney Springs continues, we have more information on the changes.

The old Pleasure Island will be replaced by The Landing in 2015, and will be the home to several nationally-known restaurants. The former Pleasure Island parking area will become The Town Center and will included shopping and more dining locations.

Marketplace Co Op to Open at Downtown Disney Marketplace in the spring of 2014

Savvy shoppers can add another location to their Downtown Disney Marketplace shopping list. The Marketplace Co Op is set to take over the current location of Team Mickey next to TrenD next spring.

The Marketplace Co Op will "serve as a laboratory to showcase new concepts and specialty products" according to Tom Sheldon, manager of retail design and development for Disney Theme Park Merchandise. He also said the new store was an "incubator to introduce new Disney retails shops and products."
