Disney News Round-up: Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party News

The 2017 Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party kicked off last week and runs on select nights through November 1 at the Magic Kingdom. Today we have some fun updates about special goodies and more at the parties.

New Pre-Parade Street Jam Planned For MNSSHP

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party(MNSSHP) is almost here, and this year Disney has a new street jam planned to take place before the party's Boo To You parade.

The new addition to this year's MNSSHP is called, appropriately enough, the Not So Scary Street Jam! and will take place on Main Street U.S.A. Look for the jam to begin sometime between the Headless Horseman's ride through the Magic Kingom and the start of the Boo To You parade.

How Toontown's Closing Will Affect Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party

Guests who are heading out to this year's Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom can expect a few changes thanks to the closing of Mickey's Toontown Fair.

Most of the changes appear to center around the location of certain characters. Frontierland will take on some of the costume-clad characters, including Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Frontierland will also be the site of Br'er Rabbit's Candy Patch, the newly moved and reimagined Treat Trail that could be found in Toontown.
