We're staying at the Contemporary. We won't have a car. Any suggestions on how we can get wine, beer and snacks for our room? Thank you for your help. We leave in 28 days

I know many of the resort stores have a selection ( usually small) of beers, and wines, although it might depend on resort as to what they carry. I'm sure of the threads here, or one of the Contemporary resort fan sites would have more details.

Hi there NCMark!
There will be a selection of grab and go beer, wine and snacks available at the hotel. You will find them in either Fantasia Market or the Contempo Cafe. Both are located in the Grand Canyon Concourse.
You can also have things delivered to your room from a third party market. Garden Grocer is who I use.

I was going to suggest Garden Grocer as well. I have never used them, but have a ton of friends who have and love them.

Is the Contemporary classified as a deluxe resort? If so, there will be a concierage (sp) on duty. I stay at the AKL and for the past several years have asked the concierage to get several items for me. I drink caffeine free Diet Coke--which they don't carry anywhere on Disney grounds--so I ask them to pick up a 12 pack for me. I do this right after checking in.
I also order a fifth of Bailey's Irish Creme and a quart of milk for my fellow Disney nut. They charge the groceries to the room and there is NO CHARGE for the service. They have been waiting for us in the room when we return after a long first day at the parks.
Check it out--it may work at the Contemporary too!
