Almost Time for ADRs!

So I'm coming up on that 180 day mark soon and I've just barely started thinking about where to eat.
It's just a 4 night trip and we're there for Beck534's wedding. I also need to save money on this trip, so breakfasts and one lunch will be in room. I really only have a couple of meal options to fill so I want to make them good.

Looking at my room reservations I also decided that we were farther away from the Magic Kingdom than I wanted to be, so I just switched my room booking to Wilderness Lodge Villas! I've never stayed there in a villa before so I'm pretty excited about it.

Sat - ? Not sure if I need a dinner meal this day
Sun - Breakfast at Roaring Forks, Bridal Shower around Lunch time, Dinner at Be Our Guest
Mon - Morning Wedding Stuff - Dinner at Hoop De Doo??
Tue - Lunch - Boulangerie Patisserie or Tangerine Cafe Dinner - Loutus Blossom Cafe?
Wed - Brunch Whispering Canyon

I haven't decided yet if I want to get the dining plan yet either. It seems to me that I would at least break even with it, and we can double up credits on one table service meal, I would love to take the family to hoop-de-doo. So much to think about!!!

Has anyone eaten at the Lotus Blossom Cafe or know when the Patisserie is supposed to reopen?

We grabbed lunch at Lotus Blossom in May, and I can't say we were blown away. It didn't measure up to a Panda Express even, so I think you can find other places that would be much better. If the Boulangerie has reopened by then, I would vote to eat there. We loved the old version, and can't wait to see the new one.
