Any Movies I Should See?

We've been trying to find time to go see a movie and we MAY have time tomorrow. Has anyone seen anything good lately? Is there anything coming up we should be excited about? (Disney or otherwise?)

We went to see the decendants and it was a huge surprise. My husband and I really enjoyed it. It was a drama/comedy. Parts will make you cry, parts will make you angry. It has it all. Oh and the beautiful scenery!!!!! We rarely go to the movies because there haven't been many we wanted to see but this one was really good. Just a little note we were the youngest people in the audience and we are in our early 40s.

I've been wondering about that one! It seems like it would be a tearful night for me. Glad to hear it was good.

Muppets is a must. Such a fun movie. I personally wanna see the new Sherlock. The first one was awesome! The Girl with the Dragon Tat is supposed to be very good as well. As for movies coming...

"The Grey" looks fun. Has Liam Neeson in it. Its about Neeson and the group he is with crash's in Alaska, and its about them trying to survive. That comes out January 27th.

On February 10th, you will have Star Wars Episode One in 3D if thats your thing... lol

And February 17th.... GHOST RIDER! Cant wait for this one! This one should be much better than the first one. Better writer, better directors... but thats if this is your thing... lol

WAR HORSE is truly captivating! If this doesn't win the Oscar, it will be a crying shame. It's THAT good! Very touching and tugs at your heartstrings. Supurb acting, storyline is fantastic. Truly a beautiful piece! Very similar to Black Beauty.

Muppets is probably the best bet. We don't like anything "stressful" since we're so stressed at work -- Warhorse looks good but stressful. Smile Sherlock Holmes looks like good fun, but not DW's cup of tea. I hadn't even heard of Decendants. I'm so out of it!

OMG, there's a new Ghost Rider? I LOVE LOVE LOVE superhero movies. I saw the first Ghost Rider and was underwhelmed, but I'll have to give this one a shot.

Oh.... this one hopefully wont disapoint. David Goyer who wrote all of the Blade movies, and co-wrote the new Batmans wrote this Ghost Rider. The directors that are behind this are the ones who did the Crank movies. The formula is correct... so here's hoping!

And what happens at the end of this trailer should tell ya how different this is going to be! LOL

The Ghost Rider trailers make this one look much better than the first. I will definitely have to check it out.

We just rented from Netflix, "RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES". Pleasantly suprised. This was awesome! I was skeptical because I'm a die-hard fan of the original, meaning "Charleton Heston" original. That nightmare Tim Burton made was a mess! This re-boot of the series was excellent. Highly recommend seeing it.

We saw that one in the theater, though it was quite good. Agree it was tons better than the previous Apes movie.
