Art of Animation family suites

Have you stayed here? Would you recommend it for a family who likes a little more space?

For a deluxe resort kind of girl, I really enjoyed staying at the Art of Animation. The beds were very comfortable to me. The family suites are really fun and spacious. If I was paying out of pocket for my room again (vs. DVC) I would try for a Family Suite in the Finding Nemo section because the location is amazing.

Stayed in this resort last October. There was myself, my 2 sisters, brother and my Mom and her husband. Of course us "kids" got stuck with the murphy bed and the couch pull out, but they really weren't that bad at all. The room was great and with 2 bathrooms and 6 people it worked out awesomely! We were in the Lion King suites.
We are heading back in August 2014 and we just booked Art of Animation. This time it will be my husband and I and our 3 boys. Foster, my youngest wants the Nemo suites so that's what we're getting. We are so super excited! About 11 months to go!!! rofl silly

I stayed at Art of Animation last October and my only problem was that the Little Mermaid section is really far away from everything else. However I would totally stay again if I could snag a Nemo Family Suite. awesome

We're just back from 10 days in AoA, stayed in a Little Mermaid Standard Room. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation quality and would recommend it to anyone, especially families with young children. Smile x
