Best Spots for a Business Meeting

For those that travel to Disney on business, there's often the added enjoyment of setting up small meetings. And like in years gone by, at Disney these meetings often happen in enjoyable locations with cocktails! How Mad Men!

I like spots with good light, snacks, room to spread out, wifi, and comfy seating. These are my top 3 spots for quick Business Meetings while at Walt Disney World!

Grand Floridian's Mizner's Lounge
Boardwalk Inn's Bellvue Lounge
Port Orleans Scat Cat's Club

Where would you meet up with a colleague to get some work done?

What about Coronado Springs? I have never been inside but I know it's a business-oriented hotel. That's the first that comes to mine.

My dad woke up at 5 AM everyday and would take his laptop into the POP lobby. When no one was there, the Wi-Fi was great, but when people started coming for breakfast, it went down the drain. I'm not sure how great the Wi-Fi is at other resorts because we didn't resort hop this time, but at POP it was awful in our room and had data roaming on Sprint for service. It seemed like they didn't have a wireless router close enough to us, and we were right in the middle of a unit. It was very frustrating.

It would depend on your line of business, and the relationship you have with the business client. I would possibly take someone to the ESPN zone. But only if the situation was right.

I definitely remember some people going over paperwork at ESPN zone when I was there. It was an oddly calm night even though there were few games on, so it seemed like a good place at the time!
