Boardwalk Villas

Don't mind me. I'll just be over here doing a happy dance because my DVC rental came through! We've got two Pool/Garden View rooms reserved at the tail end of Food & Wine next year! November 9th - November 18th. I've been stressing for months over this reservation and now I can heave a big sigh of relief that it is booked!

Any tips or feedback from anyone who has stayed in the Villas before? Any special room assignments I should request?

YAY! yeah banana stars banana yeah

WTG, Allie... That is AWESOME!!! clapping awesome yay

We will be staying there for our 4th straight year in a row for F&W. You will enjoy the heck out of BWV. I'll send you a PM sometime later (at work now), with the scoop on BWV.. It's my wife and I's favorite place to stay on property. We might be there at the same time as you, but nothing set in stone yet, as for dates. We did go the first week of Nov. this year and the weather was just perfect. Crowd levels weren't bad, either. The only gripe was the early morning RunDisney event that weekend that woke us up at 0500. They do run right through the Boardwalk and it is LOUD!!! Outside of that, no complaints whatsoever...

I am planning on doing a split stay next November. I trying for points for either Boardwalk or Beach Club the second half (11/06 - 11/11). I will be staying at Coronado Springs the first part.

Awesome! We enjoyed Coronado when we stayed there in 2014 and the room updates they did this year look amazing.

Yay Boardwalk! After our first stay there in October we had no regrets that we bought into BWV. Pool view is quite nice, but of course boardwalk view is better. We've only stayed in studios there, but we found them spacious enough for the two of us. Don't get pizza from the pizza window, bleah. The bed is soft, at least in the studios, but maybe you will like that. I don't. And of course the best part is proximity to Epcot, especially during the festivals. Enjoy!

Great tips! Thanks! I don't remember, did you say you tried out the pullout bed when you were there? My sisters and Penny will be sleeping on those and I'm hoping they're reasonably comfortable.
