Booked my air for Disneyland!

I'm so excited, this Disneyland trip for my daughter's 19th birthday is coming together so nicely. We snagged that 2 bedroom Villa at the Grand Californian and today I purchased our airline tickets.

Of course that was after I nearly had a heart attack. Airfare from Chicago to LAX for six people, oh... my... god. My credit card is still smoking. I could have paid the mortgage for 4 months for the cost of these plane tickets! CRAZY! I also didn't really want to fly into LAX, I prefer SNA (John Wayne) for trips to Disneyland. But SNA was another $300, so LAX it is.

Now I remember why we never all travel at the same time. Family vacations with everyone cost so much more than weekends away for 2!

Hope you recover nicely from the (almost) heart attack. Smile Glad to hear everything is coming along nicely. I am sure it will be a great time.

That's great! I suppose the Great American Roadtrip is out of the question? I guess the plane fare is worth saving your sanity over? Smile

Oh there's no way I could handle 3 days (one way) in the car with my entire family. By the time we got to Disneyland I might be the only one left. laugh
