Character Dining Outside the Parks

DD's birthday is coming in November - which means it's just about time to grab ADRs if we want to do a character dining experience. We've done Chef Mickey's and 1900 Park Fare multiple times. Are there other cool character dining experiences outside the parks? I realize I could go research this, but I really value y'all's opinion, so I wanted to hear what you recommended based upon your experience.

Thanks!

Actually although they do not have any "characters" per se, they do have some real characters there and I refer to Hoop De Doo Review, I can't remember how old your DD is but she may enjoy that, and the meal Isn't half bad either.

She'll be 7 on her bday. I was actually thinking of Hoop De Doo, or maybe even the Luau at the Poly?

So - Ohana has a character meal? I didn't know that.

Has Stitch, Lilo, Mickey.... ummmm... a couple others... but those are the three I can think of at the top of my head.

We do the Luau at the Poly every once in a while, but they do not have any Disney "characters" at that, but the show is great! If you want characters I would stick to O'hana's for breakfast, Crystal Palace, Cape May cafe & Tusker House for breakfast.

Correct!

Ohana's breakfast can't really compare to Ohana's dinner..although they are both good..BUT you can view Wishes from the windows if you make your ADR at the right time.

Cape May Buffet is another one I've heard goodish things about. Also, the Swalphin has one (or it did) but I don't really see the point in all that...cause if you're going to do a character meal you may as well do it right. You know?

What characters are at Cape May? We've never been there. And I love that name! (I'm so silly.)
