Characters in the Morning?

We saw the stepsisters and Lady Tremaine ride the Carrousel and then go over to a meet and greet by the new walls in New Fantasyland. Alice and the White Rabbit are usually out by the Tea Cups in the morning. Not sure if they ride the Tea Cups first or not, but that would be pretty cool!

Jasmine and Aladdin entered Adventureland at opening and picked a child each to ride the Magic Carpets with them. Even though we had no children with us on that trip, it was a joy to watch the child's reaction when Jasmine reached for her hand.

When we were there we utilized EMH in the morning for rides and whatnot, and then right before park opening we went over to the Town Square Theater and got in line for the princesses (now they'd be at Fairytale Hall) so that we only had to wait for about 5 min once it started at park opening rather then 50 min later in the day.

I think Alice and/or the White Rabbit tend to meet by Mad Tea Party in the mornings too?

At Magic Kingdom in Town Square, they usually have Pluto and Marie out doing meet and greets. Sometimes they switch out Marie with Minnie Mouse. I think also Mary Poppins meets out there as well. Alice and the White Rabbit are near the Tea Cups. Buzz Lightyear is out along with Stitch. Jessie and Woody meet by the exit of Splash Mountain. Chip and Dale meet in Frontierland. Aladdin and Jasmine meet in Adventureland. Wendy and Peter Pan meet by the Neverland map across from the Tangled Restrooms on the side of the Peter Pan ride. The Ugly Stepsisters and Stepmother meet over near the Carousel. Then of course there are the characters that are out from park opening until park closing like Minnie, Daisy, Donald and Goofy in the Circus. Mickey Mouse in Town Square Theater. Disney Fairies in Tinkerbells nook. Princesses in Princess Fairytale Hall. Gaston also meets by his Tavern in Fantasyland.

In Hollywood Studios they have Stitch, Daisy, Donald along with Chip and Dale meet by the sorcerers hat in the mornings. They have Jake the Neverland Pirate and Sofia the First in the Animation Courtyard. Green Army Men wandering around Pixar Place. They have Woody and Buzz meeting from park opening until park closing. Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse are out until 7-7:30 in the Animation Building. They still have Frozone and Mr. Incredible meeting in there as well. They have Wreck It Ralph and Vanellope also meeting in the Animation Building as well.

In Animal Kingdom, most of the characters from Camp Minnie-Mickey were relocated but don't know where most of them got relocated to. Minnie and Mickey are now meeting in the Outfitters Outpost from park opening until park closing. I think Daisy and Donald got relocated to the boat landing where Pooh and Tigger met but I think that's going to fastpass+ only. Goofy and Pluto meet in Dinoland.

In Epcot, some Disney pals like Pluto and Daisy meet right by Spaceship Earth. Character Spot is open almost all day. Donald meets in Mexico, Snow White meets in Germany, Belle meets in France along with Marie and Aurora, Pooh and Tigger meet in UK along with Mary Poppins and Alice, Aladdin and Jasmine meet in Morocco, Elsa and Anna meet in Norway and Mulan meets in China.

I believe that's most of the characters. I know sometimes characters just pop up in Future world like Hercules along with Ariel and Eric. I hope this is helpful. Most characters not inside a building stay out until about 5 or so.

I've noticed from various posts that the stepsisters and Lady Tremaine are usually out at some point, but they never show up in the character list on MDE... Are there any others that people have noticed are out, but aren't on the app??

Gaston is usually out but I don't think he's listed anywhere.

You're welcome. I'm a big character nut. If you want to meet Anna and Elsa, I would go first thing in the morning since their wait get up to a couple hour wait. I think I waited about an hour or so.

Fairy Godmother is also out in the mornings behind the castle near Cinderella's castle. Merida is also out by Cosmic Ray's. Pooh and Tigger meet next to The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh ride.
