Citiwalk Restaurants Worth Trying

I know some of you are much more Universal savvy than I am, what are some restaurants that are worth checking out in Citiwalk?

We love the Hard Rock Cafe. The atmosphere in Bob Marleys is good, but I don't know what the food it like.

Well, it's not in citiwalk, but Mythos restaurant gets rave reviews every time I hear about it. It's won THeme Park Insider's best theme park restaurant award several times.

Of course, Jess, you have to go to the three broomsticks!

I've actually always wanted to try out Mythos. Maybe the next time I go I'll schedule 2 days for Universal and do HP and Mythos.

Emeril's is pretty good, although the food can be a little uneven. There's an Italian quickservice - I can't think of the name - but their sign advertises gelato. Skip it. It's not gelato...and I hate when a sign says that a place has something that they don't really have that thing.

We like Gumps, too - my favorite dish by far is the "Shrimpin' Dippin' Broth." I could eat it all day! They used to also have this awesome raspberry brownie-in-a-mason-jar dessert that WAS TO DIE FOR...but the last time I was there, they had taken it off the menu. Bless their hearts...I was pregnant and not at all happy about it. I haven't checked to see if they've brought it back.

Also, the Starbucks there is a licensed store, not a "real" store. I haven't been happy when I've gone there for coffee.

Did you wind up trying anything? I've been really anxious to hear more about these spots.

Yes! We went to the Latin Quarter which was absolutely delicious! Get the tableside guacomole! Yum! The next night we didn't do citywalk we did the Three Broomsticks which was also fantastic.

I've never been to city walk but Bob Marley's looks right up my alley. I've also heard good things about Mythos.

I've been to Bob Marleys for a drink, we didn't have time to stop and eat there. It has a pretty chilled atmosphere and the bar man even let us take one of the cocktail menu's for a friend at home who's a huge Marley fan.
