A couple of FP+ questions

Can you book at 12:01am 60 days before or 8 am?

Is it 60 days + 10 like ADRs?

Thanks in advance

We did ours this morning at 5:01am uk time which would be 12:01am orlando time.

So in answer to your question it is 12:01am

You're correct. We are going for two weeks and it allowed us to book fast pass for our entire trip.

We also were able to book a whole week right at the 60-day mark for the first day.

I live in Florida and I was online last week in MDE right before midnight. At midnight, it let me pick FP+ for day 31. We are AP, don't stay on property so we only get 30 days out. I'm sure it's also midnight for 60 days out.

I don't know if you can see the tiers before 60 days but this is the current tier system:
EPCOT- Tier 1- Illuminations, soarin, TTrack, & LWTLand. Everything else is tier 2.
HS- Tier 1- B & Beast, Fantasmic, R & R Coaster, TSMM, GMRide. Everything else is tier 2.

You're welcome! There are no tiers at MK or AK, you choose from everything at those two parks.

It actually becomes available at 8am- all set now. I'm exhausted from all this planning. I have a feeling I'll blow off half of these fast passes.

It's always been available to me at midnight. But I've only ever picked FP+ as an annual pass holder, not staying on property. I wonder why it's a different time for us. Glad you got your FP+.

I'm not an annual passholder, just staying on property, and was able to book mine at midnight for my August 31st trip. Maybe it's changed?

I don't know. Apparently it's midnight for annual pass at 30 days and 8 am for on-site guests at 60 days.

Hmmmm, I was able to pick FP's at midnight too at the 60 day mark as an on site guest. Maybe it's recently changed?

I have just booked mine this morning and although I'm on the other side of the Atlantic to all you I logged on to MDE and 8am my time (3am Florida time) and I was able to book my FP straight away

its now 11am my time (6am Florida time) and all mine are booked?! and checked in online!

sorry it didn't work for you colonel but as long as you got them eventually

yeah the CM's even told me that it was 8am. That MDE is completely whacky anyway.

For instance- whan I look at my magic bands, it appears that I will get six magic bands for two people. Two for annual passes, two for Grand Floridian, and two for Beach Club. I ordered all different colors and I'm wearing them all!

Did you make the Fast Passes online or the MDE app? Maybe that was the difference.

Here's another FP+ question I'll throw out there (I apologize if this has already been asked and answered)....

Are the number of days you can make FP+ tied to the number of days on your park tickets? If you are going for 6 days and only have a 5 day ticket, can you only make them for 5 days?

I have some friends planning trips who haven't used been to Disney before (or haven't been in over 10 years) and I want to give them the information so they can plan accordingly.

Online on a PC

Yes, they should be able to make fastpass+ selections for everyday they have a ticket for.

I don't even know what time my selection window became available. I had to work at 6am the morning of, so I definitely wasn't up at midnight - then it slipped my mind later so I didn't end up making them until about 7 PM. laugh Got everything I wanted, though, so I wasn't stressed about it.

I made mine online on a PC as well and was able to make the reservations at midnight so I don't think the app vs. the computer is the difference.

I am the same with Allie. I came home late from a musical rehearsal (after midnight) and thought I'd try and the window had opened, so I jumped in. Of course I have tweeked them twice since then.

Another quick question about this Tier system...I have ADRS in the morning for Toy Story ( tier 1 ) and Star Tours ( tier 2 ) After we do Toy Story first and are heading for ST, can we book Toy Story again, or do we have to ride ST first.? confused

You have to use all three FP's before you can book a 4th.

Also ADR's are Advance Dining Reservations

Hi all! We are at day 63, finishing our plans for FP+. Our final payment is not due until mid-Sept (45 days prior to trip). Are we still able to make FP+ at day 60 even though we have not made final payment?

I also just thought of something else. I dropped our 10-day tickets because we plan to purchase annual passes in October, a few weeks prior to our Fort Wilderness stay (11/3-14). I spoke with a CM yesterday to make that change and she said it wouldn't change our FP+ 60 day window. I know I shouldn't be nervous about getting FP, I can't ride the dizzying roller coaster rides anyway. Thanks!
