D23 Membership

Has anyone received any info about the DVC and D23 membership yet? I thought they were starting to email out a week or so ago but could be wrong.

I'm curious about that myself. I let my membership expire and now I miss the magazine.

I left my D23 membership expire last year as well, it just wasn't in my budget.

What sort of information are you lookig for, have you checked the website?

OK! I think I know what you're talking about now. The new free memberships, right?

Sorry Kristen that is exactly what I meant, my head knew what I meant it just forgot to instruct the fingers to type it so people could understand!

I remember getting the magazine at a resort back in 2009, and really enjoyed it. I've never been an actual member... is it worth it?

I could not attend any of the D23 events, but I did like that magazine. It was borderline worth it for me. I think the membership was $80 and you get 4 mags a year. I hope with the free DVC membership that you still get the magazines.

I think that the DVC Membership was going to be "silver" so no magazine with it.

I was a Charter Member, went to events and got the magazine. I think that if you can make the events it is *really* worth it. The magazine is pretty spectacular from an artists point of view, but is it worth $80 a year? Not so much, I'd pay $40 for it. I only canceled my membership because our financial situation changed.

I only want it for the mag-that sucks. Maybe you can upgrade for a nominal fee (he said hopefully).

Thanks for the info. For me, without the magazine, this gets filed under "thanks for nothing".

I'm in Canada, so I only really get the magazines, if I could get them here I wouldn't be a member
