I made my dining reservations online this morning for 180 days out. I was able to get all the place I wanted except for one. When I called they said they had not released availability for the Coral Reef for December. Has anyone heard of it being refurbished in December or does this happen occasionally? Also has any one heard of rumor for the processional dinner packages start time.
I called late last week about the Processional Dinner packages. I was told to call back early July and then they could PROBABLY give me a date that they would begin booking them.
Candlelight Processional packages should be release in mid-July. I'm not sure about the Coral Reef.

Odd, I had trouble with one of our ADR's this am as well. I was trying to book Tusker for Bfast at 9:00 am. The online system came back and said nothing was available for 2 different days that I tried for ANY Bfast time. It suggested that I try lunch times. So, I put 11:00 in just trying to see what I would get and the system comes back with 10:30 for Bfast. What?!?! You just said there were no Bfast times between 6:00-11:00. Completely confused, I decide to go ahead and book the 10:30 since we wanted Bfast anyhow. So after I was completely done with all the rest of our ADR's, I went back to Tusker and it gave me a 9:15 time......Strange. I took it and cancelled our 10:30, but that is the first time the system has ever done that before.
I saw that Coral Reef was not available. I didn't realize that Disney didn't release all the times to dine. Kinda doesn't make sense when they tell you that you can book up to 180 days prior to coming. I understand not releasing the packages at 180d, but to select certain restaurants to not release?
I wonder if that's the case with Tutto? Only time I could get for ANY of our days was 3:30 for dinner.
I think the ones they are not releasing are all of the ones connected to the Candlelight Processional packages.
I just checked the Pin Board on the Disney Food Blog. I didn't see anything about Coral Reef. But...they did post about a rumor that the reservations for the Candlelight Processional Dining package reservations will start on June 26.
I had the same problem but for reservations at the end of October. I was for Tutto Italia and the Whispering Canyon. When I called they said they hadn't opened up the system for the dates I wanted yet so I tried again and again...finally I just gave up and reserved somewhere else. I found the whole thing really frustrating especially since it was 180 days out and even when I called and they tried to make the reservation it still didn't work.
