Holy cow..I love that!
I've had chocolate chip cookies that have a piece of chocolate baked into the middle..but never an oreo. I must make these at home. Oh yes.

If you are an Oreo fan like me, there's has a great recipe (from Ina Garten) for Oreo Brownies that Joe makes often:

I just saw those peanut butter chocolate cookie things on Joe's blog..and I added it to my favorites. I've gotta make those sometime soon!
