DisneyQuest

Doe anyone regularly go to DisneyQuest?

http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/destinations/downtown-disney/entertainment/disney-quest-indoor-interactive-theme-park/

I haven't been since there was the one in Chicago and I'm wondering if it's stayed the same. Is this a concept continuing to evole? Have attractions been updates, or is it pretty much the same as it was back in 2000? It seems to me that with in home gaming systems evolving that DisneyQuest could feel very dated. Is this concept something that will hold guests attention heading into the future? Does anyone have any recent experience?

I havent been there since I was a kid, but planned on doing it this year since were arriving kinda early on Sunday. Headin over there with my son Sunday night if we decide not to do a park. I love the place to be honest. If your a video game person... ya just cant go wrong. Or... if ya like rides... you can do that virtual space mountain as well.

We go there almost every visit at least once, sometimes more. I would go just for the Pirates of the Caribbean interactive ride. It's one of my favorites in all of WDW.

My boys DH DS both like Disneyquest. My son (15) loves being able to play games all day without having to worry about money or tokens. He also loves to make his own roller coaster in the virtual ride area. While J likes all the old games from our childhood with the mix of the new games.

They seem to have something for everyone. I rode a ride that simulated marbles on a rollercoaster which I had never seen before. It was very cool. I must admit I spend a good deal of time on the classic game floor. Super Pacman and Burgertime oh yeah!
I don't know about the one in Chicago...I enjoy visiting the one in Orlando

Yeah, it would! Disney has a lot of opportunities with that movie, it'll be surprising if they don't use it to its full tie in/crossover potential.

Yes, it closed years ago. But as I understand it they were identical.

Aim for the hulls of the other ships, including the ghost pirate's ship at the end. Don't aim for sails, masts, or treasure. Hulls only. That'll boost your score.
