I love the refill mugs. The drink choices are somewhat limited, but I do love the hot chocolate. For whatever reason though the hot chocolate machine clogs a lot leaving the machine dispensing only hot water. A cast member will come around and fix it. And once while fixing it they dumped a little extra chocolate in my mug. Hot chocolate is good, but hot chocolate with extra chocolate is really really good.
So after that I was always trying to figure out how to get a little extra myself. A couple of times the cast members had left the refill bag of hot chocolate mix behind the machine, so it was just a matter of dumping in a little extra from that bag.
Other times I opened the machine and pulled out the tube and dumped in a little extra from there. But the cast members don't always think that is such a great thing for me to do. They once got a bit snippy with me. So I learned to be prepared with the story that the machine was clogged. haha
Maybe a little overboard but hot chocolate with extra chocolate is really very good.
