Favorite Wishes Vantage Points

Where's your favorite place to watch Wishes (besides the hub--we all love that one!)? I really like to watch from behind the castle because it's usually pretty empty back there, and you can watch the flares shoot out from the top of the fantasyland buildings.

But I know you can watch from hotels, restaurants, beaches, rides etc.--so where do you like to watch from? (You can tell we're in planning mode.)

I like watching from O'hana. You can relax and hear the music really well. Plus it's a favorite restaurant.

Watching from both California Grill and O'hana are fun, because you can hear the music so well and are far enough from the explosion sounds. My musical instincts get all upset by the sounds reaching me later and being off the beat of the music. I personally prefer O'hana because the view is straight on.

We like watching from the train station because we can then get a quick exit from the park!

A cruise! I've never done it, but I think it'd be great!

The beach area of the Polynesian resort, on a hammock or swing!

A hammock on the Polynesian beach is a real plus. Unfortunately you usually have to get there quite early to snag one.

O'hana/Polynesian is great because it's straight on.

Or you can just relax in a hammock for a few hours while you wait. It's tough work but I grind my way through it sometimes. silly
