Five Favorite Things - Disney's Animal Kingdom

What are your five favorite things at Disney's Animal Kingdom?

There is so much to love in Disney Parks, I'm wondering what your five favorite things are. Leave me a list and let me know what you love most so I can try and include it in my next trip! It can be anything from an e-ticket attraction, to your favorite park bench, to a full meal. Just tell me where I can find the magic.

Just 5? Oh hell....Let me try. laugh

1. Everest! I still get that weird stomach feeling on the ride backwards that makes me laugh every time. Absolute favorite.
2. Lion King.I just love it.
3. Mango Pie!!!! Preference is from the actual Yak and Yet table service versus the mini pies from Anandapur, which have been spotty quality wise. Y&Y slices have always been perfect.
4. Maharajah Jungle Trek and Pangani Exploration Trail - cool shaded trails that are generally less crowded..great.to.relax and enjoy.
5. Kilimanjaro Safari - it can be a different experience every time depending on the animals out and about and your guide.I

Oh! I'm glad that you said that. Tori and I have breakfast there and I have never been for breakfast. I'm excited to get pictures of the characters in their safari gear.

On my list for dinner! Tori and I have the DDP, so I'll be ordering one for sure.

1. Everest - my favorite Disney ride by a landslide. The ride feels different depending on where you sit and it's a completely different experience at night!
2. Dinoland at night - You really get that small town carnival feel at night with all of the lights, games and music. I like to just hand out here and ride Primeval Hurl over and over
3. Pandora - all of it. The scenery is outrageous. Satu'li Canteen is my fav restaurant on property. Flight of Passage wow!
4. The paths around the Tree of Life. I love the one in front that takes you right up to the tree. It is usually pretty empty and quiet up there and it is so beautiful
5. Nomad Lounge drinks and food is on par here

*I have to mention, it is my favorite park for Christmas decorations!

I'm not a big roller coaster person, but I love Expedition Everest, especially at night! Time of day really does change how roller coasters feel. Oh my gosh, I laughed and laughed and laughed through the whole thing in the dark. I was positively terrified but having the time of my life.

Ok I can't possibly do just 5 so I'm going to do 10 and you can count them as honorable mentions!

1. Kilimanjaro Safaris - a few years ago this wouldn't have even been on the list but we've had some GREAT safaris the last several trips. If I couldn't only do one ride at Disney World for the rest of my life, this would be it just because it's so different every time!
2. Tiffins
3. Expedition Everest
4. Satuli Canteen
5. Festival of the Lion King

Honorable Mentions
6. Finding Nemo the Musical
7. Nomad Lounge
8. Tusker House
9. Tree of Life Awakenings
10. Yak and Yeti

But I really love ALL of those things! Even my honorable mentions feel like they're way too far down the list!

LOL! Why wait for me? Just start a new thread.

By the way, yaaaaassss! The Yeti Shrine across the lake is from Forbidden Mountain is one of my favorite spots. I wish we were allowed to add to it because I totally would leave offerings. Also the tree in Asia with the prayer flags on it. I have always wanted to tie another strip of fabric on it in memory of my aunt.
