Hi Folks...I must admit the Flame Tree quick service restaurant is my favourite in AK..We always stop there for something when touring the park..Just been reading and looking at the new photos..Very impressed...And a new menu as well.. 
..Are you a fan of Flame Tree, and if so, what is your favourite bite to eat.?.

I saw that it was opening back up too! I'm looking forward to it as I was going to add it to our plans for November!

I love their bbq chicken! So good.
Love their ribs! Cleared my nostrils but not overwhelmingly spicy and no extra sauce was necessary! And...I love it the fact that now with most meals, you can get jalapeno cornbread with it! Sweet mother of all that is good and pure!

Are the Ribs & Chicken Combo one credit.?..Looks a meal me and my boy could split,especially with a side of beans and jalapeno cornbread..

Yup they sure are! And that's our plan too, for DH and I to split and save a credit.
Sure hope that it lives up to its reviews pre-refurb! We're going to try it out for our first time this December!

ahhhhh, the dreaded turkey leg... I can't even watch OTHER people eat them...... Hopefully no one next to our table will have one

We had it and it was delicious! It is big enough to split!
One place we never really got into, had it once and didn't like it.

Both the things I like have changed 
they have put some pickled slaw on the pulled pork and changed the chicken salad. I know I can get the slaw removed but I wish they had left it alone and just added the cornbread.
