Getting from a MK Resort to Epcot Resort

Hi - my cousin and I are heading down in September - YEAH! I always have to do a character breakfast (no need to post my age - LOL) Usually I book in the park we are doing that day - or a hotel close to where I am staying - I am a MK person - so Wilderness or the Contemporary...Wilderness this trip

Anyway - this year I am broading my horizons and I am booking Cape May and then we are taking the boat to HS after. And then one night do Boardwalk

I have been hearing so many different opinions on the best way to get over there - Cut through Epcot (Long walk), go to Epcot and get the bus, or head to the Ticket and Transportation Center and get the BC bus there. I know that would work for breakfast - I think - seems to make the most sense.

What about heading back after a night at Boardwalk. Someone said to go to Downtown Disney and get a bus back - but do I really want to be change buses that much...

Any suggestions would be very very welcomed.

Cannot wait for my trip. My favorite place on earth! mickey

Well the quickest and easiest would be a taxi to and from. about $20 including tip. You could get a taxi at the Wilderness Lodge and it would drop you off at BC Resort. Takes about 10 min max. That walk is a hike threw EPCOT, we did it in January going to The Yachtsman Steak House. Ended up taking a taxi back to the Poly from Yacht Club, best $20 bucks I ever spent.

By the way welcome kmghg!

That is not bad - was actaully wondering how the whole cab deal worked. Do you need to book in advance or just hit one of the hotels??? Thanks very much!! Do love Disney!!! muchlove

I agree with taking a cab. The valet service desk in the portico at any deluxe hotel will call one for you. I've never waited more than 5 minutes for it to arrive.

There are usually cabs waiting at the resorts for fares.
