I saw Instagram video of folks running through The Purge. I would be curled up in a ball crying.

Like I tell my wife, you do realize they are actors, right?

I do, and I even realize that they are not allowed to touch you. Doesn't matter, I'm out.

I used to be freaked the fudge out also but I worked in like 8 haunted houses now, been through the makeup process I don't find it as scary anymore.

The Purge was one of the best houses last year. I did have to go through it by myself because I dropped my refillable cup in the house. Its not as fun without your friends.

I will never do Halloween Horror Nights as a guest, I'm such a huge wienie. However, if I could somehow get hired to act in HHN, I would so totally do it. That would be fun, being one of the monsters.

HHN was an absolute blast. What a difference between HHN and MNSSHP. Completely different. At the beginning my wife and daughter were terrified but after a while, you can get used to anything I guess. I never waited more than 15 minutes to get in a house. Barely enough time to have a drink in between. I would never do it without the Express Pass though. No way I'm waiting almost 2 hours to get in a house. So much fun.

My favorites

American Horror Story- probably because it was first
The Exorcist
Walking Dead
the 3D house, which was completely freaky
and the Texas chainsaw Massacre, which almost scared my daughter to death- I won't give it away for anyone who plans on going.

I hope to do it again sometime.

I did Universal's Halloween Night a few years back. I'm not a big fan of horror movies (I blame my overactive imagination for that - and a Friday 13th experience I won't forget!) but did enjoy it once I had researched. Despite me telling my friend that they wouldn't touch and it's all for scares, she still proceeded to run away which is like a red rag to a bull...they chased her round in circles round me and her friend. Absolutely hilarious...!

Won't be doing it this year...I can't justify spending effectively a whole entry ticket extra when I've already got entry.
