I think that Jim Shore Mickey is awesome. It's about a foot tall or more.

Oh my gosh! I should have turned away, it just gets earlier and earlier every year. I try to fight it every year, but it's such a losing battle.
I want the Mickey topiary! I'm going to have to go see if they have that here too.
