Incorporating Disney into my wedding

Hey all! So a little back story here. I have always wanted to get married at Disney, but like many people the cost and fact that it is so far away (I live in MI) kind of put the kibosh on that. However, when I got engaged last March, I found the perfect alternative. Castle Farms in Charlevoix, MI. We are getting married August 2 and I get to have the next best thing to my ideal fairytale wedding.

We are planning on incorporating Disney a bit in the wedding. We are going to label the tables after Disney movies instead of table numbers. My fiance decided on "Gaston" for the song to be played during the garter toss which got me to thinking, what would be the perfect Disney song to play for the bouquet toss? I have yet to come up with anything good so I thought I would ask my Disney friends here for some ideas.

I am also open to any other suggestions on how to incorporate more Disney into the wedding, but not so much that it feels more like a kids party. muchlove

Cinderella Castle cake. A friend of mine had that.

My DD did the first leg of her honeymoon in WDW. The videographer did the "you just got married, what are you going to do now? We're going to Disney World!" thing.

I think "I'm Wishing" from Snow White is PERFECT for a bouquet toss! It's very short and it's just what most single woman at a wedding are thinking. But you may want to find a different version from the movie, the voice of Snow White isn't great sarcastic

Here are the lyrics:
"I'm Wishing"
From "Snow White and the seven dwarfs"
Music and Lyrics by Frank Churchill and Larry Morey

Make a wish into the well
That's all you have to do
And if you hear it echoing
Your wish will soon come true

I'm wishing (I'm wishing) for the one I love
To find me (to find me) today
I'm hoping (I'm hoping)
And I'm dreaming of
The nice things (the nice things) he'll say (he'll say)

Ha ha ha ha ha (ha ha ha ha ha)
Ha ha ha ha ha (ha ha ha ha ha)
Ha ha ha ha ha (ha ha ha ha ha)
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

I'm wishing (I'm wishing) for the one I love
To find me (to find me) today
Prince: Today!

Cake topper, "When you wish upon a star" or "A dream is a wish your heart makes" for the grand march.
Your garter can be white but tie a red and white polkadot OR black and white bow to it and you can attach a charm to it. If you are throwing it, take a pic and then remove the charm before throwing.

There can be subtle items, such as the Mickey colors in ribbons uses to cut the cake, a groomsman cake with the castle or some other spot or character that is "magical".
You can also order the champagne glasses for the bride and groom to sip the celebratory drink from (or beer steins if you go beer).

I had a Mickey wedding mickey We named our tables after characters, had a Mickey and Minnie cake topper, Mickey confetti on the tables. We also did a candy bar and had all the labels shaped like Mickey.

What a cute idea!! Something small we did for our wedding was the cake topper. It is precious moments, but the bride and groom have Mickey ears on! Subtle but cute mickey

I absolutely love the Mickey Mouse tie - my husband and son are big bow-tie fans so I may just have to order one just because.

Awesome job Mr Hdesign.
Myself amnd the long suffering Mrs Ferret had a disney themed wedding including cake toppers etc.Our first song was "can you feel the love tonight" from the lion king.
Our invites featured a hand drawn picture from a friend of ours of two favourite characters (Tink and Hades).

We will be (fingers crossed) renewing our vows in 2017 on the thirteenth anniversary and am sure we will have some sort of Disney somewhere.
