I lucked out big time by nabbing a 4 night DVC rental for 05-09 November 2015. 
I found a website that DVC owners go to when they want to sell/trade/buy points. I placed a request out there and in a matter of hours, I had a response.. Needless to say, I jumped at the chance to get this DVC rental. It'll so nice to be able to walk (stagger 
) back to the room after a long day at EPCOT's Food & Wine festival. You don't know how happy this makes me and my wife... 
During our WDW trip in May, we spent a lot of time at the Boardwalk, whether eating at Trattoria Al Forno (twice 
), walking the boardwalk, meeting friends from home town, and showing the in-laws around, we really fell in love with the Boardwalk area. My wife hinted at us staying during F&W, but told her rooms book up at the EPCOT area resorts, usually 11 months out, so her hopes and mine were not that high that we'd be able to stay at BWV or BCV for that matter. Well, low and behold.... Today I get the great news... In fact, the reservation is already on MDE.... 
It was that quick and painless to do. The DVC owner was a pleasure to deal with and trustworthy. If this works out, I think this is the future of our Disney vacations.. 
Anyway, I had to share this with someone, and who better than DISNEY FANATICS, LIKE ME!!!
