Technically it's not really Disney property. They had to sell the property to an outside builder to be able to build & sell the houses, but it's as close as you can get! And you get all the Disney perks too. We would do the same thing! The only thing is, those perks could probably change or disappear just like DVC perks, unless your HO Assoc. fees are covering them.
